About

Built for the ones who were never taught how to talk.

Reset started in a spare room with two microphones and a conversation that had been sitting in our chests for years. We're not therapists. We're not gurus. We're just men who realised silence was killing our friends.

Every episode is a room with the door closed and the mic on , where guests get to say the thing they've never said out loud. Grief, addiction, fatherhood, failure, the weight of pretending you're fine. All of it.

If you're struggling , you're not weak, you're not alone, and this podcast is for you.

Joe Marroun, host and founder of Reset
Host & Founder

Joe Marroun.

The bloke who started the conversation he wished he'd had years ago.

Raised in Western Sydney, Joe grew up under the same unspoken rules most Aussie men know by heart: keep it to yourself, don't show weakness, harden up. For years, those rules worked, until they didn't.

His own road through hardship, rebuilding, and finally learning to open up became the spark behind Reset. What started as one honest conversation turned into a platform where fighters, fathers, tradies, business owners, and survivors sit down and say the thing they've never said out loud.

Joe isn't a therapist or a guru. He's a host who listens, asks the hard questions, and holds space for the answers. Every episode is built on one belief: the strongest thing a man can do is speak.

"I didn't start Reset because I had it all figured out. I started it because I was tired of men carrying things they were never meant to carry alone."
